Physical Properties

Catnip tea is most typically used to alleviate uneasiness and anxiety, as well as other symptoms associated with these disorders, such as indigestion and sleeplessness.

It may be used to treat gastrointestinal disorders or symptoms such as indigestion, cramps, and gas.

It has the potential to serve as a diuretic, boosting urine and so lowering water retention. This might aid in the treatment of a variety of illnesses.

Catnip tea has traditionally been used to treat arthritis, coughs, hives, fevers, and infections. However, this is little scientific data to prove that this is effective.
